Here's a Lawsuit with Teeth in it

In the dog-eat-cat world in the back yards of Flushing, Bear the black feline didn't stand a chance — and neither, apparently, did his owner.

After two Korean jindo dogs, Happy and Lucky, snatched Bear off a backyard fence and mauled the animal, the cat's owner, Joe Daniels, protested to his neighbor. That's when Happy and Lucky's master, Paul Kim, allegedly went ballistic, and took a couple of bites out of Daniels.
The beastly tale is unfolding in a Queens court, where Kim now faces an assault charge for gnawing on the arm and inner thigh of Daniels, 25, an unemployed painter...
