Lawsuit Filed After Student Tased At School

A tasing incident involving a Cincinnati Public Schools student is now headed to court after the victim's attorney filed a lawsuit against the city and police as well as the school district.


The female student was tased earlier this month at Burton Elementary in Avondale after school officials say she became combative when she refused to go to class. Police officers tased her and charged her with disorderly conduct.
