Heidi Klum Sued Over Project Runway

A man who claims he created Project Runway has filed suit in Los Angeles against Heidi Klum, Elizabeth Hurley and Greenlight Productions.


Joel Lamontagne's lawsuit claims his reality show, America's Fashion Designer Search was registered with the Writer's Guild of America in January 2003 -- a year before Project Runway debuted on cable TV's Bravo channel, TMZ.com reported Wednesday.

The Emmy-nominated Project Runway follows a group of fashion designers trying to break into the business. Klum is host of the show, while Hurley is set to helm the British version, Project Catwalk.
