Lenny Kravitz Sued Over Toilet, Again

Rocker Lenny Kravitz is being sued for $10,000 over an overflowing toilet. It’s the second lawsuit filed against Kravitz for the August 2004 bathroom mess.



The initial suit charged Kravitz’ leaking toilet allegedly caused "catastrophic water damage" to a neighbor’s apartment and now an insurance company wants the rock star to reimburse it for a $300,000 damage claim.

Amica Insurance says Kravitz should pay the claim because he was negligent and careless in letting the toilet become clogged with various materials. Kravitz purchased the $13 million Manhattan apartment in 2001 and it reportedly has five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a games room and a 3,000 square foot terrace.

The Grammy-winning musician's building also has rocker Courtney Love as a tenant. The 41-year-old Kravitz recently announced he was starting an architectural design firm based in Miami.
