Xbox 360 Lawsuit Defective Glitch

It had to happen. Some guy has filed a lawsuit against Microsoft because he says that the company sold him a “defectively designed” console that overheats.

At the time, a Microsoft spokeswoman told Reuters: “We have received a few isolated reports of consoles not working as expected.” She declined to say how many reports Microsoft had received and said that calls reporting the issue to the company represented a “very, very small fraction” of units sold.

Apparently everyone else got the standard “non-defectively designed” version. Wouldn’t defectively designed imply that they are “all” that way? You know, if you grabbed any one of them off the shelf the design flaw would cause it to blow up your house? Or maybe he means MS is targeting him with defective consoles? Who knows. It will be interesting to see how far this one goes.
